Anjali Dance Company is a professional contemporary dance company, and is one of the first of its kind in the world. All of Anjali's dancers have learning disabilities. The company produces and tours performances and undertakes educational and outreach work. Anjali aims to show that disability is no barrier to creativity.

Anjali Dance Company took part in the opening ceremony for the Special Olympics on July 25 2009 at The Walkers Stadium in Leicester in front of a crowd of 23,000 people. Funding from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation has enabled Anjali to employ long term company dancer Mark Barber as Associate Director (Education) for two days a week.
