Anjali Dance Company is a professional touring contemporary dance company that exists to realise and celebrate through dance the potential of people with learning disabilities. The Company pursues its aims by creating and touring original dance works, developing professional training structures for its dancers and others and by running education and outreach programmes that employ and develop the skills of people with learning disabilities.

Anjali Dance Company took part in the opening ceremony for the Special Olympics on July 25 2009 at The Walkers Stadium in Leicester in front of a crowd of 23,000 people. Funding from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation has enabled Anjali to employ long term company dancer Mark Barber as Associate Director (Education) for two days a week.
